Return & Refund Policy

At Mitzvah Mission, every item is made with care. Because many of our products are personalized or digital, our policy is as follows:

Errors on our part: If your order arrives with a mistake caused by us (wrong item, production error, or defect), we will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Correctly made orders: If an item was produced correctly according to the details provided at the time of order and has been shipped, it is non-refundable. This includes personalized items and digital downloads.

Digital products: Due to their nature, digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable once delivered.
