Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Personalized items may require additional time to prepare. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping destinations: We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates & delivery: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Digital products: Digital downloads are delivered electronically via email or download link after purchase and do not require shipping.

Lost or delayed packages: Mitzvah Mission is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
